Angry Birds!

The boys LOVE angry birds so I decided to make them some:

Here they are!  I made a grandpa pig too.

In fact, the boys wanted me to make the king pig a grandpa king pig, so I added a mustache to him too.  They absolutely love them!  I found the idea at this site: obsessivelystitching.blogspot.com

Super fun and a lot easier than I thought it would be!  It only cost me $6 for all the material- I bought 1/4 yards of the fleece.  I ended up using all the green, but have a ton left over from the other colors.  Not too shabby!  I do have to admit thought, I don't want to be making any more birds- I've had my limit!

Birthday Cards

I make the birthday cards for Relief Society and I decided to start keeping track of them- mostly because I put a lot of work into them to not keep a record of what I did!
This was made with my new Art Philosophy cricut cartridge, CTMH stamps and felt, and some flowers

The oval cards are actually Halloween card word bubbles that say "Yikes" that I got on clearance after the holiday.   I cut off the point and then covered them with paper.

The idea for these rainbow cards I got from Papercrafts magazine.

To do the glitter, I taped self-adhesive borders onto the card backwards then took of the paper leaving the sticky side up.  Then I poured glitter on the sticky borders.
