Craftin' Mania- Mini Book

Cards, scrapbook pages, and now.... Mini Book!

This book was soooooooooooooooooooo easy to make!  It uses the cards from the Picture My Life series Chalk It Up style.  I really want to do this with my young women at church- I think it would be fun.

This was specially made for convention- it is not included in the Chalk It Up Picture My Life

Most of the pages are already done from the designed cards.  Some of the cards were made from Kraft cardstock and then the Chalk It Up assortment was used to embellish.  You just punch holes, add ribbon, and wah-lah your done!

Craftin' Mania- Scrapbook Pages

So we made cute cards at convention, but we also made cute scrapbook pages (my fav)!

This one uses the new stamp set "Here We Go" (it's a travel set but you wouldn't know from the layout right?)

This one uses the new stamp set "Happy Birds" and "Handwritten Print"

Ok, so maybe my photographing skills are the greatest (I swear these 2- 12x12 layouts kill me).  But they are really cute!  I LOVE LOVE LOVE the new Chalkboard paper (bottom layout)

Craftin' Mania- CARDS

I love to papercraft.  I really do.  I don't know why I love it so much but it is tons of fun and I will pay money to do it.  At convention they had a lot of really cute projects for us.  I was. In. Heaven.

Here are the cards we made:

This one is a flip card- I didn't fold it right sorry!  It uses the new stamp set "Happy Birds" and "Have a Happy Day"

This is from the new Cricut cartridge that does cards!  It usesd the "Have a Happy Day" stamp set also.

Inside is a pop up!  How cute is that?

This was from a new workshop so it made 5 of this type and 5 from the one below using the new paper "Seaside" and the stamp set "Have a Happy Day"

This card uses the new "Scaredy Cat" paper.  To make it you fold a piece of cardstock in half then fold one side over to make it as shown.  Then you glue a frame piece to the front so it looks like the flip cards.

This uses the new Christmas paper (I Love!) "Snowhaven"

This is a bag topper using the new Christmas paper "Yuletide Carol"

The first 3 cards we made using instructions and the next 2 were from a new workshop they have for consultants to give their customers.  Then the last 4 were from when some people introduced the new papers and different things you can make from them.  Very creative people!

Convention Fun!

I had such a blast at convention!!!  I am way excited about the new product coming out in August in the new catalog!

Convention Surprise!

I was a part of a big surprise at convention this year: a Flash Mob!  It was so much fun to dance and surprise the CEOs and Jeanette with our happy dance!



I also had a great time this same day in the morning running a 5k through the California Adventures park at Disneyland! It feels to good to get up and move!  Unfortunately I got lost while running and I think I really ended up running a 7k lol.  Oh well, it was all in good fun :)

Staying at the Disneyland Hotel wasn't bad either :)

Convention!

Well, convention is almost here!  I am so excited to be in Disneyland!  I will try and post more fun details about what we make and do in July.  And I have a super exciting surprise from convention to show you so be sure and stay tuned...

Convention was such a blast!  I love learning new techniques, getting a sneak peak to new product and making things!
